How to Order Soccer Jerseys Online in South Africa
KitsCulture uses EFT (bank transfer) confirmed via WhatsApp instead of a card payment gateway. It's simple once you know the flow — here's the full process from browsing to delivery.

Browse & Add to Cart
Head to the Shop page and filter by category — Jerseys, Tracksuits, or Long Sleeves. Click any product to see the full detail view with sizing and images. Pick your size and click "Add to Cart". You can keep browsing and add more items; your cart persists across the session.
Review Your Cart
Open the cart from the top-right corner. You'll see each item, size, price, and the current total. This is the place to check quantities and remove anything before proceeding. If you're buying 3+ jerseys, the shipping fee will be shown as free.
Checkout — Provide Your Details
Click Checkout. Enter your name, phone number, email, and delivery address. Choose your delivery method: PUDO locker/kiosk (cheaper, more convenient for most areas) or door-to-door courier. Submit the order.
Receive WhatsApp with Banking Details
After submitting your order, we'll send you a WhatsApp message to the number you provided. It will include the order summary and our banking details for EFT payment. This usually arrives within a few minutes during business hours.
Make Your EFT Payment
Do a standard EFT (bank transfer) from any South African bank to our account. Use your order number or name as the payment reference so we can match the payment. Once done, send us a screenshot of the payment confirmation on WhatsApp.
Order is Packed & Shipped
Once payment is confirmed, we pack and dispatch your order within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number from the courier (PUDO, Aramex, Fastway, or similar) to follow your parcel's progress.
